In addition to his experience in server virtualisation and IP Telephony, James is specifically dedicated to advising on Office 365, firewalls and web filtering.
James recently worked to virtualise four physical servers along with a backup solution at West Craven High Technology College in Lancashire. The project included a migration and upgrade from Windows 2003 domain to Windows 2012.
Louise manages Bowker ITís efficient service desk and ensures that, as the first line of support for schools, all client queries are resolved in full within the SLA response time.
Louise makes sure that all calls from schools are logged and ticketed, then allocated to the best technician according to expertise.
Microsoft Certified in Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support, ITIL qualified in IT Service Desk Management, Louise is currently studying for Microsoft Specialist qualifications.
Louise advises and quotes clients for ICT products, from single desktop products to more complex system solutions. Louise has recently supported the team in the purchasing and installation of a new server and C-Touch screens at West Craven High Technology College.
James has worked in IT support since 2000 working in several roles and developing a wide skill set to allow efficient resolution of issues.
Holding Microsoft certifications in Windows 8 and Office 365 as well as certified support for IP Cortex phone systems, James is currently working towards his MCSE qualification.
James has experience in desktop and server support, migrations, software deployment, SQL and Exchange/Office 365.
James has recently completed server upgrade projects for Skerton St. Lukes primary school and Chadwick High school providing new virtual server deployments as well as phone system installations for Astley Park and Chadwick High school.
Callum is one of the newer members to join the team, who having completed an IT management degree, is currently training on the Microsoft Academy to become a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Callum provides first line support with his rapidly increasing IT knowledge along with advising on desktops, laptops and other peripherals. Callum is also able to quote on a variety of IT equipment.
